Letsdoit4you acts only as a booking agent and no liability whatsoever will be accepted for any aspect of the arrangements and in particular any loss, personal injury or death however incurred.

LIABILITY
We endeavour to ensure all information relating to each apartment is accurate and up to date, however we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any problems that may occur during your stay at the property of your choice.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
A 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required at the time of reservation to confirm a booking. Payment can be made by bank telegraphic transfer or bankers draft.

The balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival at the property rented.

Prices quoted are in both £’s sterling and €''s per day and the minimum rental is 4 nights.

On arrival at the apartment 150 euros is required as a deposit, which is refunded on departure, assuming everything is satisfactory.

CANCELLATIONS
Should the property owner/s withdraw or cancel the booking we will offer you the choice to rent another property (subject to availability) with any price difference payable/refunded as appropriate. If we are unable to do so then we will refund any amount paid to us in full.

Should you cancel the booking the following amount based on the number of days notice is refundable to you: -

0-14 days notice - NIL

15 – 28 days notice - 30% of any amounts paid less any bank charges or other expenses incurred.

29 – 42 days notice - 50% of any amounts paid less any bank charges or other expenses incurred.

43 – 61 days notice - 65% of any amounts paid less any bank charges or other expenses incurred.

More Than 62 days notice - 100% of any amounts paid less any bank charges or other expenses incurred.

In certain cases any loss incurred involuntarily may be covered by travel insurance. We therefore strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Access to the apartment is gained after 2pm on the day of arrival.

The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the date of departure.

TERMINATION OF BOOKING
The property owners retain the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf and our responsibility to you immediately ceases in the case of inappropriate behaviour whilst occupying the rented property.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your party behave in a way that causes no offence or endangers others or property belonging to others.

If such a case occurs the owners are not liable for any refunds, compensation payment or any reimbursement of any cost or expenses incurred. Furthermore you will be liable to cover expenses to the owners arising as a result of your behaviour.
